Description of Services:
Outreach is a mobile program serving specific neighbourhoods surrounding the Sarnia YMCA Resource Houses. This program uses a community development model. The program is designed to invite families to participate in various Outreach sponsored activities and acts as a conduit to direct them to useful community supports * conducts a variety of activities in conjunction with other service partners to achieve its mission of early identification and intervention with childhood developmental and behavioral concerns.
