Description of Services:

Pathways Health Centre for Children’s School Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) program provides Occupational Therapy (OT), Physiotherapy (PT), and some Speech/Language Therapy (SLP), for students in grades JK-12. These services are supported through Pathways SBRS clinicians in the following four publicly funded school boards:

Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB)
St. Clair Catholic District School Board (SCCDSB)
Conseil scolaire catholique Providence
Conseil scolaire Viamonde.
