Click and Collect - Client orders groceries online and a volunteer pick ups and delivers the groceries to the client's home. At least one day's notice required. Cost: $6.50.
Nutritional Networking - A volunteer comes to a client's house to pick up cash and a grocery list; goes to one store to do the client's shopping; brings the groceries to the client's doorstep. Cost: $6.50.
Homeward Bound - Assistance for up to 4 weeks after hospital discharge; help with meals, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping. Referral required.
